The Turkish Economic Association Foundation starts publishing a refereed scholarly economics journal in fall 2011.
The journal, Ekonomi, will be published three times a year and will address to economists all over the world.
The purpose of this journal is to share research findings on theoretical and empirical questions in economics. Articles submitted to the journal will be peer reviewed and be published in a timely manner.
In the first issues, the journal will include articles by advisory board members Prof. Dani Rodrik and Prof. Stephen Turnovsky, among others. As of mid-July 2011, other advisory board members include Professors Daron Acemoglu, Masahiko Aoki, Manuel Arellano, Kaushik Basu and Guillermo Calvo.
We invite all fellow economists to submit articles to the journal via tektrtr@gmail.com .
