Hotel reservation conditions :

* All rates are in Euro (€), per room per night.
* Hotel allocation being made on a first-come, first-served basis, please enumerate preferences. The reservation must be for a minimum of 3 nights in a row.
* Full amount of reservation must be paid with submission of the appropriate booking form.
* Deadline for room reservation is July 15th. Thereafter all requests will be handled upon availability.
* To make a reservation visit the Congress Web site at: www.mundiconvenius.pt or complete the corresponding form and return it without delay together with your payment to the Congress Secretariat (Mundiconvenius).
Hotel cancellation policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail of fax BUT NOT email) to the Congress Secretariat (Mundiconvenius), according to the following conditions:

* Cancellation of hotel reservations will be accepted until July 15th, up to which date the total amount paid (less the value corresponding to two nights accommodation) will be refunded.
* Cancellations after July 15th will have no refund.
* No refunds will be made for rooms left free before the departure date indicated in the registration form.

Reimbursements will be processed only AFTER the Congress.
